Stuffed Crust Quiche Pie recipe

Prepare the Stuffed Crust – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). – Roll out the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan. – Sprinkle shredded mozzarella/cheddar around the edge of the crust (about 1 inch from the border).

Pre-Bake the Crust – Use a fork to prick the bottom of the crust. – Line with parchment paper and fill with baking weights or dry beans.

Make the Quiche Filling – In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. – Stir in the cheese, cooked meat, and veggies of your choice.
