No-Bake Cherry Creamy Cheese Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs – ¼ cup granulated sugar – ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling: – 8 oz cream cheese, softened – 1 cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 8 oz Cool Whip for convenience)

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Crust: 1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. 2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

Make the Cream Cheese Filling: 1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (if using Cool Whip, skip this step). 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

Assemble the Pie: 1. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust. 2. Top with the cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly.

Chill & Serve: 1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best for firm texture). 2. Slice and enjoy!
