How to Make a Sriracha Michelada

Ingredients: – 1 Mexican lager (like Modelo, Pacifico, or Corona) – ½ cup tomato juice (or Clamato for a seafood kick) – 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste) – 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional, for extra umami) – ½ teaspoon hot sauce (like Tabasco, for extra heat) – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ¼ teaspoon celery salt

Instructions: 1. Rim the glass – Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then dip it into Tajín or chili powder.

Add ice – Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes. – Mix the base – In the glass, stir together the tomato juice, Sriracha, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce (if using), hot sauce, black pepper, and celery salt.

Pour the beer – Slowly top off the glass with your favorite Mexican lager. Stir gently. – Garnish and serve – Add a lime wedge on the rim, and enjoy!
