Frozen Mango Float (Filipino Icebox Dessert) Recipe

Prepare Mangoes: Peel, pit, and slice 3 ripe mangoes into thin strips. Set aside.

Whip Cream: In a mixing bowl, whip 2 cups heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Add Condensed Milk: Fold in 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.

Layer Graham Crackers: Line the bottom of a baking dish with graham crackers, breaking them if necessary to fit.

Layer Cream & Mango: Spread a layer of whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers, then add a layer of mango slices. Repeat layers.
