Meet The Face Behind Encompass Core

I’m Rudy Ochoa, the proud owner of Encompass Core.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I began my career as a computer techie, but after some time, I got tired of the monotony, and the lack of growth, so I decided to explore other avenues.

I started to work for a few marketing start-ups, where I soon learned the importance of building brand equity for businesses. I also understood that there was more than one way to promote a product or service.

Once I crafted a few campaigns, I decided that a career in marketing suited me as I had a natural ability to come up with innovative solutions that created a buzz. So, once I learned the ropes, I took the plunge and set up a marketing firm two years ago.

I love the role of being a business owner, and the upward mobility and new skills it has taught me. There are often long hours, but I maintain a hard work ethic, as I believe that perseverance beats talents any day of the week. 

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my drive and ambition to exceed the customers’ expectations. I also attribute my success to remaining dedicated, even when the chips are down.

I’ve had to overcome many challenges in my career, but being able to come out of my shell and learn how to embrace new opportunities has given me immense satisfaction.

When I am not conceptualizing impactful marketing collateral, I love spending quality time with my family and like to travel to new places.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
